Commerical/Agri Space (10′ x 20′)(20’x30′) D1 to D8  $500.00 or $700.00 Each plus GST (5%)
Building Space (various sizes) B1 to B5 Call office for individual pricing  
Outdoor Space (various sizes) C1 to C6 $450.00 to $700.00 Each plus GST (5%)
Tent Space (10’x10′ provided) E1 to E8 $750.00 Each plus GST (5%)
Indoor Trade Fair Handicraft Building (10’x10′) $500.00 Each plus GST (5%)

COMPETITION:

We will not restrict entries with the same product, but we will try to place them apart.

SET UP:

Wednesday August 9, 2017 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Thursday August 10, 2017 until 10 am only

FIRE EXTINGUISHER:

All exhibitors bring a 2 ½ lb fire extinguisher as part of their equipment

TAKE DOWNS:

Sunday after 8:00 pm. No security after 10:00pm. All exhibitors must have their products off of the Fair Grounds by 12:00 noon on Tuesday.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1.   Payment is due at registration       5. Upon request we will supply a bobcat/tractor for loadng and unloading on Wednesday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm and Monday after 8:00 am.
2. After 10:00 am Thursday, the Exhibition entrance is not available for unloading; you may hand carry or use a trolly   6. All vendors are responsible for supplying their own power source; tents for vendor space. B1 to B5 and E1 to E8 will be supplied. Each vendor must be self contained in order to sell their wares.
3. Special “exhibitors only” parking is available at the 116th Avenue Soccer Field Parking Lot starting at 9:00 am Wednesday with name signage    7.  All vendors must carry $2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance policy, property damage insurance and a current food permit for any food vendors. All insurance and permits must be submitted to DCEA office by July 2, 2017.
4. No parking on grounds .
