We will not restrict entries with the same product, but we will try to place them apart.
Wednesday August 9, 2017 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Thursday August 10, 2017 until 10 am only
All exhibitors bring a 2 ½ lb fire extinguisher as part of their equipment
Sunday after 8:00 pm. No security after 10:00pm. All exhibitors must have their products off of the Fair Grounds by 12:00 noon on Tuesday.

|1.||Payment is due at registration||5.||Upon request we will supply a bobcat/tractor for loadng and unloading on Wednesday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm and Monday after 8:00 am.|
|2.||After 10:00 am Thursday, the Exhibition entrance is not available for unloading; you may hand carry or use a trolly||6.||All vendors are responsible for supplying their own power source; tents for vendor space. B1 to B5 and E1 to E8 will be supplied. Each vendor must be self contained in order to sell their wares.|
|3.||Special “exhibitors only” parking is available at the 116th Avenue Soccer Field Parking Lot starting at 9:00 am Wednesday with name signage||7.||All vendors must carry $2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance policy, property damage insurance and a current food permit for any food vendors. All insurance and permits must be submitted to DCEA office by July 2, 2017.|
